Combo of hard ("travel") case & "glove" do good job of protecting player. QC on glove is so-so; bottom strap interferes w/cable connections slightly -- just an annoyance. Clear plastic window looks a little cheap, but is easy to see through and protects well. Openings for controls do not match up perfectly w/Fuze, but don't hinder function too badly. Picture is deceiving; am unable to close hard case with earphones or sync cable in pouch. "Hard" case is rigid, but not actually a hard shell; rigid enough to survive pocket, purse, or backpack if not abused too much. No clip or belt loop on hard case. Armband is clever idea, but forces you to work player controls and read display upside down, or remove each time. Long term comfort is questionable.
Have seen this set for about $50 on some online listings. Don't pay more than $25 (both Amazon & B&M stores sell at this price or lower).
Overall: Could be improved, but choice of cases for the Fuze is limited. This is the best set I could find.

"Big Mac"
This is one of the best investments you can make towards your Sansa, this case just overall out performs anything else available on the market today. It comes with a leather case that goes directly on your Sansa, this case is very soft and has velvet like inside to avoid any scratching. It also has a flap attached to the back that is Velcro on one side to allow you to use the arm band. It stays firmly on your arm and will not jump around while working out. In my opinion the best part of this product is the other case that comes in this package. It has got a hard outer shell that zips up around your Sansa. It has cushioning on the inside in case you drop your Sansa. This is the kind of case that you feel comfortable putting your investment in and then throwing it in the bottom of your back pack and not having to worry about it.

The kit fits the Sansa Fuze fairly well. The protective "sleeve" design is nice in that the belt loop uses Velcro so you don't have to loose your belt to attach the player and case to your belt. Just make sure that the Velcro is good and secure before doing any jumping jacks.
The sleeve is made from a leather-like material and has a protective screen that covers the view-screen for protection.
The hard-shell travel case is nice, has the SandDisk name on it and has a slot inside where you can store small ear buds. The case is nice because it's so small and can fit easily into a pocket or bag.

I have had this case for only a day now, but so far, so good. It's all that I could really ask for from a media player case. I agree that the headphone port could have been made a bit more accessible, but it only contributes about 5 seconds to actually plugging them in--not a huge wrestling match by any means.
To those who have pointed out that the leather-covered Fuze is a tight fit into the larger rigid pack, I agree. However, it's only a tight fit if you put it in the wrong way!
So here's my tip for you all--when putting the Fuze into the large rigid case, *put it in face first*. This way, it slips right in (and out!).
Cost, usability, and value taken into account, I would give this case 4.5 stars, but I rounded up to 5 to help offset those reviews that didn't like the "tight fit" of the Fuze into the rigid case, not realizing that they could put it in face first.

The outer case is made of a hard material and very small inside. It'll basic fit the Fuze and earphones or a microSDHC card - maybe. Sometimes I leave the earphone buds outside the case and just keep the cord part in the case. If I don't, the seaming begins to stretch. The case that fits around the Fuze itself is nice. There's a plastic window covering the screen. I'm really happy about that because the Fuze screen is notorious for scratching easily. The cut-out holes for the dial and the on/off switch are exactly where they should be. For the money, this was a good value. No complaints!
