good God that was good service!
this is a good rug pad at a good price. smells a bit like chemicals but i would imagine that most do unless you try to find a "green" one. the smell does dissipate a few days after taking it out of the package.
but the performance of the thing is great. holds fast to both our hard wood floor and the rug-- no slipping. and it adds a nice comfy cushion underfoot. bingo

Our room rug, which is laid on thick carpet, was bunching up. A friend suggested this rug pad, which really helps a lot. It was very easy to put down.

This pad looks like the ones I've seen at the HD store, but they sell for about $15 higher. It's the 3rd one I've purchased which are being used over laminate flooring. I'd recommend it.

I've bought rug pads for use on my hard wood floor, but never such a sturdy one that adds so much to the cushioned feeling of the rug over it. I am very happy with the rug pad.
