These #ML-6161 Bamboo Storage Chests from WHITNEY DESIGN are both decorative and stylish in appearance. Due to the sides being made from solid bamboo sticks, they have a "bird cage" design to them that allows a free flow of air into the chest. They are functional for storing or organizing. The frame and the bottom is a solid wood construction. There are two chests in this set. Each chest has a hinged lid with a front latch and handles mounted at each end. The large chest measures 20" length x 13" width x 12.25" high. The small chest measures 18" length x 11" width x 10.25" high.

Could be more carefully constructedJul 19, 2009
By B. Rusk They are pretty much as you'd expect. They're solidly but rather roughly made: the sides are a bit warped and don't line up perfectly when closed. That doesn't affect the function but it is quite noticeable.

By jackie I had a large space between my floor and glass top that holds my tv...all the wires showing drove me crazy..these were perfect to store items and they slid right into the space to hide the wires and add an attractive look..they look great in my modern style living room
